Vendor Booth at Vermont Future Fest
I had a wonderful time being a vendor at Vermont Future Fest. It was my first time setting up a vendor booth, and I’m eager to do more events like it in the future. Thank you so much for the support!
Setting Up My Vendor Booth
My vendor booth was set up outdoors on a grassy field, under a blue pop-up tent with a Homemade Art Store banner featuring the Peacemade Craft logo and a QR code so visitors could follow along on social media or check out my website. On the table, I laid out a mix of small paintings and handmade pieces alongside chalkboard price signs, giving visitors an easy way to browse and shop as they walked by.
Artwork on Display
Behind the table, I set up a pegboard display with several of my original landscape paintings, including scenes inspired by mountains, forests, and open water. One painting that caught a lot of attention was a colorful acrylic piece showing a mountain landscape with wind turbines and a winding path connecting small red-roofed buildings, the kind of nature-inspired scene I love creating. Displaying my work side by side let visitors see the range of colors and subjects I enjoy painting, from calm nature scenes to bolder, more vibrant landscapes.
Meeting so many visitors throughout the day and hearing their thoughts on my work made this first vendor booth such a memorable experience. I’m already looking forward to setting up at more events like Vermont Future Fest, and continuing to share my original art with new communities along the way.
