Because each piece is hand painted and often one of a kind, I look at return and exchange requests individually rather than applying a rigid, one-size-fits-all rule. If something arrives damaged, does not match its description, or simply is not right for your space, reach out through the contact form below with your order details and a couple of photos, and I will work with you to find a fair resolution, whether that is a repair, an exchange, or a refund.
Before requesting a return, please inspect your item as soon as it arrives. Handmade ceramics and paintings can be sensitive to impact, so it helps to keep the original packaging until you are sure you would like to keep the piece, since that makes any return shipment much safer. If you do need to send an item back, pack it the way it arrived, add extra cushioning around any fragile edges, and consider purchasing shipping insurance through your carrier; USPS’s own guide to insured shipping is a helpful reference if you have not sent a fragile package before.
