This shipping policy explains how Peacemade Craft prepares, packages, and ships every order, from small ACEO cards to large original paintings. Most packages travel by USPS or UPS, and once your order ships you can follow it directly through USPS package tracking.

All orders are carefully prepared and packaged before shipment. Please allow 3–5 business days for processing unless otherwise noted on the product page.
Custom commissions and made-to-order items may require additional production time. Estimated completion dates will be provided before purchase.
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location, package size, and selected shipping method.
Free shipping may be offered on qualifying orders during promotional periods.
Orders within the United States are typically delivered within 3–7 business days after shipment. Delivery times may vary depending on carrier delays, weather conditions, or holidays.
Tracking information will be provided once your order has shipped.
Original artwork is packaged with care using protective materials to help ensure it arrives safely. Larger pieces may be shipped in reinforced boxes or protective tubes depending on the artwork size and medium.
If your order arrives damaged, please contact me within 48 hours of delivery and include photos of the artwork, packaging, and shipping label. I will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Once a package has been shipped, delivery times are the responsibility of the carrier. If your package appears lost or significantly delayed, please contact me and I will assist in locating the shipment.
Please verify your shipping address before placing an order. Orders returned due to an incorrect address may require additional shipping fees for reshipment.
